In the annals of human history, few discoveries have illuminated our understanding of the ancient bond between humans and dogs like that of Bonn-Oberkassel. Long before the rise of beloved breeds such as the Shiba Inu and Akita Inu, before the cultural phenomena of Doge, Kabosu, and Neiro, there was Bonn—the first dog to capture the attention of archaeologists and historians alike. This project, "Bonn-Oberkassel - BONN," seeks to explore and celebrate the story of the world's earliest known domestic dog.
